Improved app, needs more local news

The new app format is much better than before. Still a pain to scroll through stories with the large pictures on the main screen.
There is too much national news in the list. I dont care that someone in Las Vegas put poop in a box on their porch to stop thieves.
Where is my local news? People dont download this for national news.
